To cancel your subscription, tap on the Manage Subscription button on the Settings page of Kiddopia, and follow the instructions listed to cancel a subscription.


Alternatively, you can also Manage Subscriptions from the Google Play Store. Please follow the steps below:


  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap On Menu
  3. Tap on Subscriptions
  4. Find the Kiddopia Subscription
  5. From here you can manage/cancel your subscription


Refunds:

To request a refund for your Google Play subscription, please send the receipt that you have received in your inbox from Google Play to support@kiddopia.com


If you can’t find the latest receipt in your mailbox, you can get the receipt online:

  1. Visit pay.google.com/ and sign in with your Google account.
  2. Select an order to see your receipt. 
  3. Please send the GPA transaction ID you will find on this receipt.
